We attempt
to ship your order as soon as we receive it; as long as we have the item(s) in stock you will receive them within 3 days.
We will also confirm payment details prior to any purchases being dispatched.
We send
all items out ‘recorded’ or ‘signed
for’ delivery, so as to gain a signature for each and every item. Delivery
method is usually determined by parcel weight; unless specific arrangements have been made prior to purchase. Where we do not have available stock, you will be called and advised of our best delivery time.
Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer
satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to
hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to
make it right. We aim to replace all faulty items within 24 hours of delivery.
All items returned will be subject to checking by our returns process.
